Södra’s processing of personal data is in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

When you communicate with us, in matters related to setting up personal accounts, submitting a form of application, or general inquiries, we need to store your contact details in order to process your inquiry and contact you in response to the matter. In the event of repeated or unfounded requests for transcript with personal data or rectification of the same, we are entitled to either charge an administrative fee or refrain from meeting the request. An application for registration or request for correction shall contain personal identification number (if applicable), name and be signed by the registered person. The register transcript is only sent to the registered posting address of the person.
