Södra’s processing of personal data is in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

When you communicate with us, in matters related to setting up personal accounts, submitting a form of application, or general inquiries, we need to store your contact details in order to process your inquiry and contact you in response to the matter. The personal data gathered and/or received from you will be used by Södra and its affiliated partners. The information is never rented or sold to third parties. In the event of repeated or unfounded requests for transcript with personal data or rectification of the same, we are entitled to either charge an administrative fee or refrain from meeting the request. An application for registration or request for correction shall contain personal identification number (if applicable), name and be signed by the registered person. The register transcript is only sent to the registered posting address of the person. Application for registration or request for rectification is sent to Södra Wood Ltd, Units 18 – 19 Cirencester Office Park, Tetbury Road, Cirencester, Glos GL7 6JJ.

• You are entitled to object to the treatment.

• You can request that your personal information is corrected.

• In some cases, you may also request that your personal data is deleted, restricted or blocked by contacting Södra.
