Our ground-breaking new pulp, Spira, has landed

We have created a dedicated landing page for Spira Pulp. Now all the information and updates you need to keep abreast of the progress of this new, stand-alone product can be found in one place.
Spira is a paper pulp made from wood pulp mixed with local agricultural residues. It is in line with Södra's strategy to increase the profitability of its 52,000 members’ holdings and to support circularity and a more sustainable society. By combining pulp with agricultural residues, Spira enables us to produce more pulp from each tree, with a waste product becoming part of a sustainable, high-performing paper pulp.
Cooperation can really make a difference as we all work towards net-zero goals and more sustainable solutions for the planet. We’ve made 200 tonnes of Spira pulp which has met our expectations and is now ready for trials. So don’t miss out! We need your feedback.
