Our customer survey 2021: Results are in!
Our Global Customer Satisfaction Survey has become a vital tool to understand the needs of our customers. Customer Experience Manager, Hannah Stenberg, says the feedback from customers this year was appreciated perhaps more than ever: “We know these past months have brought many time-consuming challenges for everyone and we are really grateful that so many took time out of busy schedules to help us.”
Several key findings have emerged from the Survey, which was conducted by Opticom International Research:
- Sustainability continues to be a major issue, especially the reduction of CO2 emissions.
- Forest certification still occupies a crucial place in the market, but customers want to see more transparency across the entire supply chain.
- Customers are looking to work together more closely with their suppliers so we can find solutions that provide mutual benefits and growth opportunities. One reflection is that it will be even more important going forward to proactively pool ideas and resources if we are to make a real difference to a more sustainable future and maintain a competitive edge for forest products.
- Looking ahead, customers would like to see a stronger focus on product availability and supply chain flexibility, whilst also taking into account carbon footprint impact.
- Södra is seen as a leader when it comes to sustainability but there is still much work to be done when it comes to communicating the green credentials of our industry beyond our immediate partners in the value chain. Joining forces to communicate more effectively all the way to the consumer may be one solution.
We are currently analysing the results and will use them to further strengthen our business relationships. From technical support to joint communication projects, we are here to help. So don’t hesitate to contact your sales representative or our Customer Experience Manager if you’d like to talk – let’s start today.
