Our dissolving pulp products
Södra orange
Ideal for the lyocell process and the production of lyocell fibres, which are the third generation of cellulose fibres. Used in clothing, bedding, textiles or duvets based on lyocell.
Södra purple
Made primarily from sustainably-sourced Swedish birch, beech and aspen from our members’ forests, and from trusted external sources. Södra purple is ideal for the viscose process, where the most common product is viscose fibre. Used for clothing, upholstery fabric, sponge cloths or wet wipes made from viscose.
Södra purple F
We’re delighted to offer this new premium grade for the filament market. Filament suppliers have very strict requirements for the production of fine yarn which resembles silk. A popular choice for sari producers or for lining other fabrics, for example.
OnceMore®
Textile recycling and sustainable fashion have been a major challenge. Until now. Our ground-breaking technology is a world first, enabling us to separate the cotton from polyester in blended fabrics. We take the used cotton, combine it with our dissolving pulp and make a new material from the old.
