Always choose sustainable
Few things are more natural than wood products from the Swedish forest. We're one of Europe's largest suppliers of wood products for construction and almost all our wood comes from forests that have been nurtured for generations by our members. To maintain the highest standards of sustainability, we plant at least three new trees for each one we harvest, and our production is entirely fossil-fuel free.
A state-of-the-art production
Our sophisticated and efficient production processes ensure a consistent output of high-quality wood products that will live up to your standards time after time. Our construction timber is produced at six sawmills in Sweden and one in Finland. Södra produces 1.8 million cubic metres of sawn timber annually, of which 1.4 million is subject to further processing.
