Exclusively serving Great Britain and Ireland, Södra group subsidiary Södra Wood Ltd is a trusted specialist supplier of planed structural timber, engineered wood products and treated timber. How we operate

We are in a unique position in that our business model gives us end-to-end control of our supply chain. Södra produces timber in seven sawmill locations across Sweden and Finland and, depending on the sawmill location, ships goods from one of three main loading ports: one on the west coast of Sweden, one on the east coast and one in Finland.

The goods arrive by ship at three east coast GB terminals: Sheerness, New Holland and Dundee. At all locations we are self-sufficient for the treatment services we offer and for the pack splitting and cutting services we operate at New Holland for engineered wood products and softwood.
